A shared access passport. Modular architecture. One foundation on XRPL.
XCL is the shared core. Each satellite module develops its own use case and connects to the access layer.
XCL links module permissions to holding a specified XCL balance. Thresholds are intended to be set for each project.
XRPL Hooks are planned to automate access verification in a later development phase.
You retain control of your keys. The model is non-custodial.
We set an XCL threshold for each module to suit its scale and needs.
A balance below the threshold means losing the related permissions. Lock-up generates no interest or yield.
Each project retains its own function, while access uses the shared XCL layer.
New satellites can expand the ecosystem with additional use cases and subtokens.

ISO 20022 is an international standard for modelling and exchanging structured messages in financial services. It is relevant to infrastructure designed to work across different systems.
We design XCELERATE with clear data structures and potential interoperability in mind. We do not claim ISO 20022 certification, a live bank integration or formal XCL compliance with the standard.
